Smoothie Recipe
Everyone thinks protein smoothies are the same. There are about 3-4 ingredients every gym rat uses. 1. Protein Powder. 2. Bananas. 3. Fruit. 4. Peanut Butter/Greek Yogurt. However, I recently found the best recipe that leaves me feeling full, energized, healthy, and it tastes great!

What You’ll Need:
Ninja Bullet Blender
Whole Milk
Mixed Berrys (I use Blueberry, Rasberry, and Blackberry mix)
Strawberries
Bananas
Peanut Butter
Greek Yogurt (Original)
Ingredients: In a 21 OZ Ninja cup
12 OZ Whole Milk
Handful of mixed berries mix
3 Strawberries
1/2 Banana
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
3 tablespoons of greek yogurt
2.5ML Creatine (Optional)
